Will an external perspective really make a difference to your business? The first step in finding out is a questionnaire. It's online, so you can do it in your own time. We charge a fee for this.

Issues are identified

Most people in the thick of the day-to-day find it hard to step back and see the issues clearly. Your Governance Capability Assessment, based on the questionnaire, clearly identifies key issues to work on.

First board meeting

We discuss the issues, work out priorities, and help you decide on an action plan. The fee for the questionnaire covers the Governance Capability Assessment and this first meeting too.

Plan the next meeting

Having experienced our external perspective, you decide whether you'd like to meet regularly. At each meeting we talk about progress since last time and help you make decisions about the next hottest issue. It doesn't matter what the issue is - everything is interrelated.
